Booking Fee Policy

By providing these elaborated policy points, we aim to maintain transparency, professionalism, and clarity in our booking procedures, ultimately enhancing the overall client experience at Curly Wurly Lashes & Beauty.

1. Booking Procedure and Fees:

- In order to secure your appointment with Curly Wurly Lashes & Beauty, an initial booking fee equivalent to 50% of the service/booking cost is required. This payment can be made conveniently online during the booking process. Our secure online payment gateway allows you to use your card online to complete this process.

- For bookings made via SMS or direct message, the same 50% booking fee applies. Upon confirmation of your appointment request, a secure payment link will be promptly emailed to you for payment processing.

- It's essential to have your payment card details readily available during the online booking process to complete the transaction seamlessly and secure your appointment slot.

• We also have activated card capture as part of our booking policy to ensure that in the case booking fees do not cover last minute cancelations etc we can charge the card on file the remainder off the fee(please see cancelation policy for more info). Card capture is safe and we will never charge your card unless the booking was made with us and a breach of policy applies, you have not paid in salon for your service with other means or you have personally indicated to us you would like us to process the payment for your completed service via our payment gateway using your card on file.

2. Payment and Confirmation:

- Upon receiving the payment link for the booking fee, prompt settlement is appreciated to ensure the timely confirmation of your appointment. Failure to make the payment within the specified timeframe will result in the automatic cancellation of your booking by our system.

- Your appointment confirmation will be sent to you via email & text once the booking fee payment is successfully processed, providing assurance that your preferred date and time slot are reserved exclusively for you.

3. Cancellation, Reschedule & No Show Policy:(please see full policy for more info)

- To uphold the efficiency of our scheduling system and respect the time of both our clients and staff, a card on file is required for all bookings. This facilitates the application of cancellation fees, as outlined in our comprehensive booking policies.

- We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and cancellations may become necessary. However, please note that failure to adhere to our cancellation policy may result in applicable fees being charged to the card on file.

4. Booking Fee Terms:

- It's important to note that booking fees are mandatory for all appointments made with Curly Wurly Lashes & Beauty. These fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, serving as a commitment to honor your initial scheduled appointment.
